MONOs... again

I've joined the world of monos again.

Soymilk for 2 days. Failed on third. (Major stomach issues lol)

Today I'm doing sunbutter. I CAN'T STAND IT ANYMORE.

BTW I've decided to be a full time vegan. Let's do this.

COME AT ME FOOD. I won't eat you.

Monos I've done so far

  1. Greek yogurt with dried jujube berries
  2. apples
  3. pears
  4. bananas (today)

I'm sick of bananas. 9 total today. Should have had 7.

2012 AMC12A score of 117. Could have been better.

Updates

I'm at AWG after three days of not getting a flight. FINALLY.

Note: This is not my final destination.

Also, I've blocked CWTV from my computer so I won't be able to have Reign and Carrie Diaries marathons.

Also, my life feels crazily hectic.

I'm going back to monos. Tomorrow I want to do a milk mono or something liquidy. Honestly, I really just want to wash out my system.

MONO

Almond mono successfully completed.

I'm sick of almonds, dry roasted or raw.

Although I think I'd still like almond butter...

Resistance is something I hope I've built up.

Vegan

I'm being totally legit. Maybe all those ana blogs inspired me. Maybe this is me trying to be ana. Maybe I'm just sick of meat. I'm trying. Not eating meat is super easy. It's the avoiding butter part and eggs and dairy that scares me a little. It's hard. But hey, soon I'll be vegan Valerie. Valiant Valerie.

Peanut Butter

is so dead and gone to me.

Don't try a mono diet if you actually want to LIKE the food after a day or a week. Yesterday I only ate peanut butter for experimentation purposes. I'm SICK of peanut butter. This is to be expected though. Honestly, you have it for a long time, you get annoyed with it.

On the bright side, the cafeteria will no longer be missing its peanut butter.

There'll be plenty for everyone but me to share!

Fun with editing. I use Ribbet. It's great, and no this post isn't sponsored. It's just what I've been doing lately. Screw homework. Let's do something real.

PB no J

If you're allergic to peanut butter, I seriously pity you on so many levels. Not just the "poor you" type of pity. It's the "I'd take a bullet for you just so you would taste it" type of pity. As long as it's a peanut butter bullet of course!

Now that is a little odd...

But everyone knows the banana + peanut butter= deliciousness and more thing.
Blend it, smear it, mush it, EAT IT.

NOW WE'RE TALKING.

Stop Binge Eating NOW

Sugar makes me feel so, so disgusted. Honestly.

I eat even a half cup of ice cream, and all turns to chaos. Three hours later, I have the worst cramp in all man and woman kind. It's so, so great that I know what my problem is.

I'm eating the so-called paleo way because that's the only way that keeps me full and energized and happy and good. It's keeps me from binging too.

I've been binge-free for two weeks or so. Do you know how good that feels? It's a marvelous feeling to have, to not worry about when your next binge will be, to not worry about food at all.

I'VE STOPPED THINKING ABOUT FOOD EVERY SECOND OF THE DAY.

I was an anorexic, which means I thought about food. I was a binge eater, which means I thought about food.

I'm now free of everything, and I feel good.

Searching up "how to stop binging" doesn't work for me. I've searched it up at least twenty times. You know what truly works?

Just not thinking about it. Not having so much spare time to think about food.

Getting busy. Getting work. Stressing, for me, makes me lose my urge to binge. That's not to say stress is a good thing in any way, but it does help you stop binging.

Binge eating is terrible. For me, it was mainly driven by sugar and more sugar and more sugar. However, even when I do have sugar, it just makes me stop wanting it for quite some time.

I don't have to worry about binge eating on that too.

Life is okay again, at least for this period of time.
